This is something I'm sure everyone did when primary school age. Get a large blade of grass, trap it in between the length of your 2 thumbs, then blow through the narrow slit between the thumbs. It makes a pretty good buzzing noise.
Best not to use sand-dune grass though. I tried it at Monifieth once and slashed my fingers trying to snap a blade off. As sharp as a Samurai sword!!
