It's 1967 and there's 2 new fashion boutiques in town - both called Gear.
The main one was in the Wellgate and claimed to be Scotland's largest.
This particular store catered for the gals.
Meanwhile, the guys had their own Gear shop located up in Albert Street.
They specialised in Mod gear.
You'd think they'd be very popular but both shops lasted just over a year, and then they were gone.
